How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping with no minimum order is configured for Sweden, the UK, US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Norway, Switzerland, Poland and Luxembourg, when the destination is available at checkout. Customs duties and taxes may apply.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the supported destinations listed in our shipping policy. Check availability for your address at checkout.

How do I track my order?

How do returns work?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact support@nordic-atelier.se for instructions. Items should be unused and in their original condition.

Can I exchange my size or colour?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item and place a new order for the size or colour you prefer.

Who pays for return shipping?

We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, customers pay the return shipping cost.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and accepting the return.
