These Terms apply to all users of the website, including visitors, customers, merchants and people who contribute content.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms by publishing an updated version on our website. Changes take effect from the time stated in the updated version, subject to applicable law and agreements already entered into.
Our store uses Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform through which we sell our products and services.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity required to enter into a binding purchase agreement under applicable law.

In the event of serious violations, we may restrict access to the Service to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access to our services where there are objective grounds and where this is consistent with applicable law.
Certain information may need to be transmitted between networks and technical systems for the Service to function correctly. We use appropriate security measures to protect personal information and payment information.
Payments are handled through payment providers and their security systems.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell or commercially exploit website content without our written permission unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We aim to ensure that information on the website is accurate, clear and up to date.
However, unintentional errors may occur in product descriptions, images, availability or other information.
If we identify an error, we will take appropriate steps to correct it.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights under applicable law.
SECTION 4 – CHANGES TO SERVICES AND PRICES
We may change product prices, ranges and availability without prior notice for future purchases.
Price changes do not normally affect orders that have already been confirmed unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed with the customer.
We may update, temporarily restrict or discontinue parts of the Service where necessary.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products are offered only through our website and may be available in limited quantities.
We aim to display product images, colours, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colour reproduction may vary depending on screen and device settings.
Product information, available sizes, prices and availability are shown on the relevant product page.
Returns, refunds and withdrawal rights are handled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
We may update or remove products from our range for future orders.
SECTION 6 – ORDERS, BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to review orders and, where necessary, contact the customer to verify information.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there are valid grounds, such as suspected fraud, incorrect payment information or lack of stock availability, in accordance with applicable law.
If a paid order is cancelled, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, contact details and delivery address.
If you notice an error in your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@nordic-atelier.se.
SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may offer features or services provided by external suppliers.
These services may be subject to the providers' own terms and privacy policies.
We recommend reviewing the relevant terms before using third-party services.
This does not affect our responsibilities to consumers under applicable law.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to external websites.
We do not always control the content of those websites and are not responsible for their independent activities except where liability arises under applicable law.
We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of external websites before using them.
SECTION 9 – COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit reviews, comments or suggestions to us, we may use that content in connection with our business to the extent you have granted permission and as permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or in breach of our rules.
Personal information contained in such content is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 10 – PRICES, CURRENCY, TAXES AND FEES
Prices on our website are displayed in the currency configured for the store and applicable checkout.
Our store currency is currently USD.
Applicable taxes and charges are calculated under the relevant rules and are shown in connection with the purchase where required.
The total order cost, including applicable taxes and any shipping charges collected at checkout, is presented before the customer completes the purchase.
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination and local rules.
If such charges are not already included in the purchase, they may need to be paid by the recipient in accordance with applicable law and the information provided before purchase.
We recommend reviewing the order total and applicable delivery terms before completing payment.
SECTION 11 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct unintentional errors in product descriptions, prices, availability and other information.
If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will inform the customer and handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
The customer's statutory rights are not affected by this section.
SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USE
You must not use the website to:
- Violate applicable law or the rights of others.
- Distribute malicious code or interfere with website security.
- Commit fraud or other unlawful activity.
- Harass, threaten or abuse other people.
- Collect information in a way that violates applicable law.
We may take proportionate action in response to such violations.
SECTION 13 – WARRANTIES, CLAIMS AND LIABILITY
We are responsible for our obligations to the extent required by applicable law.
If a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the contract, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund under applicable consumer law.
For consumers in the EU, defective goods are generally covered by at least two years of statutory protection. National law may provide greater protection.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory rights that customers have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.
For complaints or questions about a product, contact support@nordic-atelier.se.
SECTION 14 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Swedish law and interpreted in accordance with it.
This choice of law does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply in the country where the customer has their habitual residence.
The customer retains all rights and remedies available under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 15 – PAYMENT METHODS
The payment methods available to the customer are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the order and supported payment services.
Available options may include credit cards, debit cards, digital payment solutions, gift cards and store credit, depending on the methods supported for the relevant order.
Only payment methods actually displayed at checkout can be used for the purchase.
Payments are processed through the relevant payment providers and their security systems.
When the customer selects a payment method, the payment provider's applicable terms may also apply.
SECTION 16 – STORE CREDIT: TERMS AND LIMITATIONS
In certain situations, for example complaints, customer-service cases or disputes, we may offer store credit as an alternative solution.
The conditions of such credit will be clearly explained before the customer accepts the offer.
Store credit may be subject to specific terms of use, which will be communicated when the credit is issued.
Accepting store credit does not mean that the customer waives mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
This includes, for example, statutory rights relating to defective goods and withdrawal rights where applicable.
Terms for compensation credit may differ from those for promotional gift cards or other offers.
Where the customer is legally entitled to a refund, that right cannot unilaterally be replaced with store credit.
